We cannot offer exchanges or refunds if you simply change your mind. We also request that any return requests are sent within 14 days of order processing.

If the jewellery is found to be faulty or not fit for the intended purpose, a refund or exchange will be offered. Handcrafted jewellery is a made item, and often this comes with unique characteristics that make every piece of pelava unique.

We do not consider minor imperfections in the jewellery to be considered a fault. We actually embrace the real and made nature of the jewellery as it makes pelava original.

Product photographs show the design, and the finished product will be similar but may not be exactly the item photographed. If you require an exact photo of the piece you wish to buy, this can be arranged prior to ordering.

Proof of purchase must be provided to obtain a refund. Refund will be made by reversal of the payment method used and only once the goods have been returned.

Return postage for faulty items will be covered by pelava. Other postage costs for replacement orders, will be paid by the customer.
