Australian Customers
Flat rate postage for Australian orders is $10 AUD per order.

International Customers
Postage for international orders is $20 AUD per order. Selected countries only.

Please email to confirm we can deliver to your international location prior to placing your order. We ONLY deliver to selected international locations.

International orders will be sent in good faith, and using the appropriate delivery service. We cannot trace or track delivery outside of Australia, so consider requesting additional postal insurance quotes prior to ordering. Proof of postage will be kept for all international orders.

Please note that full payment must be received before orders will be dispatched.

If you require additional insurance on your delivery, please email us before you order. If your goods are damaged in transit, please speak to your delivery centre, or inform us of the issue as soon as possible.

Our Location
Orders for pelava jewellery are dispatched from Fremantle, Western Australia and are delivered by Australia Post during normal business hours.

Express Post - signature required.
We use express post - a signature is NOT required on delivery and left in mail box. If you are not home when your parcel is delivered, Australia Post may leave a card to let you know when and where to collect your parcel. If you wish to arrange registered post contact us before placing your order.

Hold Time
Parcels will be held by each of the delivery services for their maximum hold time. Additional fees will apply if you parcel is to be re-posted due to non-collection.

Delivery Times
We assure you that ALL orders are sent out as soon as payment is received. We use express post, and would assume your order will get to you within 2-7 days.
Rural and remote addresses, where delivery is not provided every day, may take longer. Occasionally, some delays may occur with delivery, and Pelava is not responsible for any delays, expenses or damages incurred. pelava cannot guarantee any parcel will be delivered as estimated by the usual Australia Post timeframes due to factors beyond our control.

Bulk orders
Bulk orders should not be placed online - you can email with your request and pelava will personally respond with accurate pricing and postage costs.
